Kelly Family Reunion

Last week we flew to Wisconsin to visit Jamie's dad and attend the famed Kelly Family Reunion.  They have it every 4th of July weekend in Harper's Ferry, Iowa.  We went up a couple days early to spend time with Jamie's dad Jim and his brother and sister and their families.  It was the first time all five cousins were together and let me tell you, it was an adventure!  I wish we could get together more often!  The reunion was great, I met almost all of Jim's side of the family.  Aunt Jeanne said they counted 61 people on Saturday!  It was a kid's paradise, pools, trampoline (Finn was on that for about 5 seconds, not a big fan of getting bounced yet), toys and kids galore.  Harper's Ferry is right on the Mississippi River and Aunt Jeanne and Uncle George's farm is gorgeous.  We really had a wonderful time and Finn LOVED being able to run free and played his heart out.  Thanks to everyone who was there and made it so much fun, we hope to be back soon!
Addison and Finn rockin' the see saw.  Finn now asks for Addison every day, he's his hero!

This is Sydney, our newest niece. She's almost 1 and a super cutie!

On a walk at Grandpa Jim's house. It's a beautiful place.

Hamming it up on the stairs at Grandpa Jim's.

Saturday at the Reunion, lots of kids! Jamie's cousin Bill's wife Rachel was very popular as the water balloon maker.

That's Addison, Jamie, Jim, and Jamie's brother Donnie left to right. Doesn't that look like fun?

Slip and Slide!  Whooo Hoooo!

Some of us went to breakfast on Sunday morning in Lansing, Iowa. This is Sydney, Finn, and Wyatt.
Caitlyn and Finn found the cat and chased it around at Aunt Cindy's house.
Caitlyn really likes playing with Finn, she's very sweet.  Lots of room to run here!

Trying to get a good cousins picture, Wyatt was none too thrilled about the whole deal.

Yes, Finn and I ruined this picture, and it's the best of the bunch!  He was throwing a fit because Jamie had Wyatt on his lap. Kept yelling, "No! MY DADDY!"  I couldn't help laughing.

On the drive back to Milwaukee we took out time and saw the sights. We stopped in Fillmore, WI to ride the tiny train at this little museum.  It was fun just to relax, explore, and spend time together as a family.
